All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends. If I make an error with an order, please reach out so that I can replace or refund the order. I am not responsible for damaged or lost items once they have been received by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I am always open to customizations, so please reach out if I can help with something specific.
